Location - good base for visting the immediate area and for getting to Singapore

Although the hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly and efficient, the hotel interior is in need of a coat of paint and better decor - very outdated decor. Needs some tender lovely care to get it back in top shape. Otherwise no complaints.

Proximity to the Singapore-Johor Causeway : Can look-out from hotel windows (5th- 7th. floor) on traffic situation at the causeway before crossing.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were in good condition, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The location of the hotel, on top of a small hill and near City Square, was convenient and offered a nice view of the strait. The staff was also very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

the room is small but clean and nice smell, I think they just renovate the hotel cause it look like new painted.

the first day we stayed, look like not enought staff to serve us during breakfast but on the second day there are more staff around.

We loved the hotel's proximity to the city centre and waterfront, which made it easy for us to explore the area. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was superb and everything seemed well-maintained. The hotel facilities provided us with everything we needed, and we particularly enjoyed the view of this city from the top of the small hill where the hotel is located. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that our stay was pleasant.

The breakfast is really lousy. The hotdog was cold and the Nasi Lemak's rice is like sticky rice. The shower area is too small. should be a little bigger.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. One of the best aspects was that the room was clean and comfortable, with a great view from the windows.

The breakfast was not great, lacked variety and quality. The facilities were also somewhat outdated, particularly the lift which was slow and made strange noises.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the jb causeway. Hotel staff are friendly and I am happy that she allocated a connecting room with a twin and double bed each to my family.

Basement car park is quite but I was informed that there is cctv monitoring the car park. Breakfast need improvement and flies are around the restaurant area.
